About River Heights
River Heights Healthcare Center is a not-for-profit facility serving residents in Greenville and the surrounding communities of Mississippi and Arkansas. Our facility is a 60-bed nursing facility dually licensed for Medicare and Medicaid. The facility was originally constructed in 1967, followed by additions in 1983 and 1985. We continue to be an established and active part of our community with profound dedication to the healthcare needs of our residents and to dignity of the human spirit. At River Heights Healthcare Center, we stress the significance of family involvement because it is the true foundation of strength and stability in one’s life…a tie that brings us all together as a team, enhancing the quality of life of the residents in our care. This philosophy is shared by our entire staff, and we have created an atmosphere of dignity, independence and mutual respect for the residents and their families.

Annual Greenville Alzheimer’s Walk
The love for our residents and the desire to raise money for research to find a cure for this devastating disease are two of the many reasons we continue to host this great event. 
Recreation
Residents at River Heights enjoy a range of activities developed to meet their needs including exercise programs, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts, shopping trips and other excursions (and of course BINGO!). Transportation is available. Scheduled activities include:
